Dr. Althea Myrie

Dr. Althea Myrie

 

 Dr. Althea Myrie was born and raised in Dulwich, London, England.
In 2003 she relocated to Dallas, Texas. She is married, has 3 children...ages 17, 21 & 24.
She studied Psychology at New York University from 1977-1979.
She received her diploma in Nutrition where she studied from 1997-1999 at the College of Natural Nutrition, Regents Park, London, England.
She received her credentials in Natural Medicine from Pan American Institute of Natural Medicine, Nevis, WI...where she studied from 2004-2006.
 
Work Experience:
1999-2001 - Dr. Myrie established her own practice 'The Natural Clinic' in Croydon, Surrey, England.
2001-2002 - She co-founded the "Chiron Clinic' with Dr. Nyjon Eccles in London, England.
2003-2003 - She established a Cancer Clinic...known as 'The House of Nutrition' in Marrakesh, Morocco.
2003-present - She established 'The Natural Clinic' at The Feelgood Company.


 
Past Lectures and Training provided:
 
Sept. 2002 in Brussels, Belgium.  In association with Dr. Galkino of  Neurolab in Bournemouth, Dorset, England, provided training for medical doctors on the Clinical Protocols for Cancer Patients and other Chronic Auto-immune Diseases. 
June 2003 Marriott Hotel, Swiss Cottage, London, England lectured to medical and naturopathic doctors on the role of Bio-Energetic Medicine in the treatment of Cancer and other Chronic Diseases; Causes and Protocols for Advanced Cancer cases.
May 2005 at the Annual International Congress of Bi-energetic Medicine in Orlando, Florida, provided a seminar; Causes and Clinical Protocols for Neuro-degenerative Diseases.
Clinical Research:
Autistic Spectrum...including ADHD, ADD, Juvenile Diabetes, Schizophrenia Autism
Cancer...using brain chemistry to influence cancer regression, understanding the implications of Survivin Expression in chemo resistant cells and how to down-regulate the Survivin to normal levels.
Neurological Diseases...the links to undiagnosed Celiac Disease (gluten, casein and soy intolerance) and the triggering of opiate receptors in the brain.
 
As you can see by her biography...Dr. Myrie has made it her life's purpose to study and teach various natural modalities and to help people get well.  I've had the privilege of having several fascinating conversations with Dr. Myrie and will be co-hosting this show featuring her as our guest.
